We are a WA family business and we use Western Australian organic garlic from the Margaret River to make black garlic as well as a range of delicious Black Garlic products. Our business Black Garlic & Co is providing black garlic and black garlic products to the WA and East Coast Markets.
Our range of products include Black Garlic, Balsamic Vinegars, a savoury paste, a cherry paste and an olive oil.
We have won over 20 medals, 3 Champions and a Trophy at the Sydney Fine Food, Melbourne Royal & the Tasmanian Fine Food awards.
