This workshop will explore the healing properties of several herbs and spices so you can create your own herbs for healing.
From sleep pillows to help you relax, herbal teas to soothe your soul, spice blends for your food and smudge sticks to clearing your space.
Learn to use everyday herbs and spices found in your garden to heal and support you.
Participants will choose to make a herb pillow, a spice blend, a herbal tea or a smudge stick
With The Holy Sanity
In this workshop, participants will make and take home three 15ml custom blended Ayurvedic essential oils.
They will also be introduced to Ayurveda practices, learning about the ancient Indian system of medicine and how essential oils can be used to help achieve balance.

Be guided through Hollie's four signature abstract painting steps.
