The EveryWoman Expo offers a number of speaking, workshop and presenter opportunities. 

In support of the wider wellbeing community, these presenting opportunities do not currently attract a fee to the presenter or the audience.

Applying does not guarantee you a spot. We will be in touch with you within 2 weeks of the deadline date, if you are successful.

Terms & Conditions
- Interstate applicants are responsible for any travel related expenses and will not be covered by the Organiser.
- International applicants are responsible for their working visa, tax requirements, health insurance and all travel expenses. Successful applicants must submit these documents to the organiser immediately after being notified of sessions to secure their contract.
- It is highly recommended that all successful applicants organise their own Public Liability Insurance prior to their session. This is especially applicable to applicants that will be involving the audience in physical activities.
- Successful applicants that subsequently withdraw from their allocated session time/s less than 3 weeks prior to the Expo, will not be considered for any future Expos. This also includes applicants that are a ‘no-show’ on the day.
- Applicants must be available for a minimum of two Expo days.
- Successful applicants from previous Expos or Exhibitors are not guaranteed session times on the schedule. The organiser considers a variety of factors when rebooking; feedback from previous performances, audience participation and engagement, topic relevance and living the EveryWoman Expo values and ethos.

Performance Spaces

Main Stage

Live music, movement & dance, guided yoga, celebrity psychics and fitness demonstrations.

The Main Stage offers visitors high energy musical or movement performances alongside interactive psychics. It has the capacity of up to 100 visitors seated plus standing room located on the festival floor.

Workshops

Interactive lessons and activities.

The workshop space provides an intimate environment where visitors can experience a hands-on interactive class. For example; Henna, smudge stick workshops, flower crown making and much more! Workshops run for 60 minutes and are designed to be interactive allowing visitors to get involved. The workshop space has a seating capacity of 50–60 people.

Soul Kitchen

The Soul Kitchen is an interactive demonstration stage dedicated to the best in healthy food, recipes and nutritional advice.

Demonstrations are 60 minutes in length including set-up and pack down. The area seats 50-60 visitors and is located within the Festival floor.

Please ensure you have a valid Food Handling Certificate.

Speakers Lounge

Wellness and spiritual demonstrations and talks from industry experts.

The Speakers Lounge seats 40-50 visitors within the Festival floor allowing visitors walking past the opportunity to stop and listen. A Speakers Lounge presentation is 45 minutes in length.

Seminar Room

Spiritual & health guidance, empowerment and life coaching seminars from industry experts.

The Seminar Room space offers a private theatre style seating of 40-50 visitors in a more intimate space, away from the Festival floor. A Seminar Room session is 45 minutes in length.

Jules Allen

Jules Allen

Jules Allen, an award-winning Australian advocate and dynamic speaker, believes adversity is life's greatest gift. Overcoming childhood sexual abuse, addiction, and domestic violence, she now empowers others, caring for 32 foster children and advocating for adoption reform.

Her impactful journey, featured on Australian Story, includes rebuilding a refuge in the Solomon Islands and appearing on MasterChef. A leading expert on youth and women's issues, she was awarded the 2017 Alumni of the Year by Southern Cross University. Recently, she became an award-winning playwright, shedding light on foster care challenges, while her therapy work during COVID focuses on anxiety relief.
